Lesson is not loading correctly

This is a known issue with the third party video player that we use. There are a couple things that you can do, along with letting us know about it, that will help them get to the bottom of the problem:

  • Go to their troubleshooting page at https://wistia.com/doc/troubleshooting#playback and walk through the steps. These are the steps they have users take to make sure that it is, in fact, their player that is causing problems.
  • Right click on the lesson > Report a problem link in our player. This gives them contextual information on your environment and any errors that occurred on delivery.
If you are willing, we can put you in direct contact to help them out with this problem. We are sorry this has inconvenienced you. A workaround, right now, is to download the video and watch it offline.
